Privacy Policy

InterviewPilot is operated by InterviewPilot. Questions about anything here, including a request to see or delete your data, go to support@adijain.click and are read by a person.

This matters more than anything else on the page, because it decides who you ask when you want something changed.

• Practice interviews are yours. You start them, you own the results, and we decide how that data is handled. We are the controller.
• Company interviews — the ones you reach from a company's apply link — belong to that company. They decide the questions, the scoring and what happens to the result. They are the controller and we act on their instructions. To see, correct or delete an interview you sat for a company, ask that company. If you write to us instead we will tell you who to ask.

• Your account. Email address, name, and either a hashed password or the fact that you signed in with Google. Optionally a profile picture and links you add yourself.
• What was said in an interview. A written transcript of the conversation, and any code you submit in the coding round.
• Your report. Scores, strengths, areas to work on, and — for company interviews — scores against that company's rubric with your own words quoted underneath each one.
• Camera-derived numbers, if you turn the camera on. See below. This is narrower than it sounds.
• Session signals, for company interviews only. Whether the tab lost focus and for how long, pasting, leaving fullscreen, and whether more than one display is connected.
• A record of anything you buy. Practice credits only, and never your card details. See below.
• Anything you post in the community. Questions, posts, replies and reactions, under your display name.

If you allow the camera, face landmarks are computed inside your browser, on your own device. No video, no image and no frame is uploaded, stored, or seen by us or by anyone else. Two derived numbers — an estimate of apparent confidence and of eye contact — are saved with your practice report.

Those numbers are self-coaching feedback for you. They are never sent to a company, and they are not an input to any hiring assessment: the employer-facing evaluation reads the transcript and nothing else. You can decline the camera and the interview works normally.

The interviewer is software, not a person, and you are told so on the consent screen before any interview begins. Reports and scores are generated automatically.

No decision about you is made automatically. Nothing in this product rejects an applicant, and no setting adds that. A person at the company reads the result and chooses, and their name is recorded against that choice.

Practice interviews beyond the free allowance can be bought. Interviews a company invites you to are free and always will be, so nothing in this section applies to those — you can use this service to be hired without ever giving us a payment detail.

• We never see your card. Card numbers go directly to the payment processor and never reach our servers or our database. We could not show you your own card number if you asked.
• We keep the receipt, not the instrument. Which pack you bought, how many interviews it added, what was charged, in what currency, and the processor's own reference so a payment can be traced both ways.
• Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is longer than the rest of your account data and is not something we can delete on request.

Payments are not switched on yet. No card has been taken, no purchase record exists, and practice is free in the meantime. Before that changes, the payment processor will be named in the table above — a sub-processor list that omits whoever handles your payment would be a false statement, not an oversight.

• To run the interview you asked for and produce your report — the service you signed up for.
• To let a company assess its applicants where you applied to that company.
• To keep your account secure and stop abuse of the service.
• To send you email you need: verifying your address, and your interview feedback.
• To send product updates, only if you have not opted out. Every one of those carries a one-click unsubscribe, and opting out never affects the email you need.

We use these services to run InterviewPilot. They process data on our instructions and for no other purpose. Some are outside your country, and transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual protections.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. There is no advertising network, no analytics product and no third-party tracker anywhere in this site.

• Company interview transcripts: 180 days, then deleted automatically by a job that runs every day. Each record carries its own deletion date, so a transcript written under this promise keeps it even if the default changes later.
• Emailed feedback links: 30 days, after which the link stops working.
• Your account and practice history: until you ask us to delete it.
• Community posts: until you delete them or ask us to.
• Purchase records: as long as tax law requires, which survives deleting your account.

Write to support@adijain.click and we will act within 30 days. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, a portable export, or that we stop a particular use. You can withdraw consent for anything you consented to, including the camera, at any time.

For an interview you sat for a company, those requests go to the company — see above. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. Links that work without signing in — email verification, unsubscribe, and your feedback link — are cryptographically signed, so one cannot be forged or edited, and the feedback link expires. Traffic is encrypted in transit. A company can only ever see its own candidates.

No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.

One cookie keeps you signed in. That is the whole list. There are no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you to another site.

InterviewPilot is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child has an account here, write to us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how your existing data is used, tell registered users by email. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
