Everyone deserves a real interview
InterviewPilot gives candidates unlimited spoken practice with a graded report, and gives companies a way to interview every applicant instead of filtering them by keyword. Two sides of the same problem: interviews are scarce, and feedback is scarcer.
support@adijain.clickWhy InterviewPilot exists
Interview skill is a performance skill — it improves with reps, and most people get almost none before the rep that counts. Human mock interviews cost more than many candidates can spend, and reading question lists isn't practice. InterviewPilot makes the rep itself cheap: a realtime voice interviewer that talks back, a coding round in the same session, and a graded report at the end.
Practice, never cheating
InterviewPilot is deliberately not an "interview copilot". It never joins your real interviews and never whispers answers during one. Tools that do are being banned by employers — and they leave you no better than before. Everything here happens before the real interview, so what you show on the day is genuinely yours.
Privacy as an architecture decision
The camera analysis that tracks confidence and eye contact runs entirely inside your browser — the video stream never reaches a server, ours or anyone else's. Only two derived scores are stored with your report. That isn't a settings toggle; it is how the system is built.
Honest numbers only
Every figure on this site — candidate counts, language support, domain coverage, ratings — comes from the live database or the codebase itself. If a number can't be traced to something real, it doesn't get published. Trust is earned the slow way, and we intend to earn it.
What InterviewPilot does
Everything below is live today — no roadmap items, no coming-soon labels.
Realtime voice interviews
Speak with an AI interviewer that replies in about two seconds and stops the moment you interrupt her.
Live coding round
Technical interviews include a problem in an in-browser editor. Share your code mid-interview and she reacts to it out loud.
A five-reviewer report
Technical, behavioural, culture and growth reviewers, plus a lead reviewer who writes one report with category scores and a learning path.
On-device confidence read
Confidence and eye contact tracked live in your browser. The video never leaves your device.
Practice your weak areas
Turn any report into a follow-up interview built from the growth areas it identified.
Seven languages
English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Chinese — spoken and graded end to end.
History and progress
Every report kept, searchable and sortable, so you can watch scores move across sessions.
Leaderboard
See where your best sessions stand against other candidates.
Community questions
Real interview questions shared by the candidates who were asked them, with answers you can like and discuss.
New here? The tutorial walks through all of it.
The best way to understand it is to take one interview
Pick a role, speak with the interviewer, and read your five-reviewer report. It's free.
