Why per interview and not per seat?

Because that is how the cost behaves. Every interview is real voice minutes and real computation, so a flat seat price would mean losing money on the company with two recruiters and four thousand applicants. That company is exactly who this is built for. Per-interview pricing means you pay for the pile you actually process.

What counts as an interview?

A candidate who finished the conversation and produced a transcript. Someone who is invited and never starts, or drops out in the first minute, is not charged for.

Do candidates ever pay?

No. Not on any plan, and not later. Charging job seekers to be considered for work is wrong, and in much of the world it is also illegal.

What happens when I run out?

Interviews already in progress finish. New apply links pause rather than silently rejecting anyone. Nobody is turned away because of your billing state.

Why is the price shown in my currency?

So you can read it without a calculator. Your region is detected automatically and the local prices are set points, not live conversions. Billing itself runs in US dollars or Indian rupees to start.
