Bosch Confirms August 2027 Start for Europe's First Humanoid Robot Production Line

What this means for your job search: Candidates should anticipate a growing demand for robotics, automation, and AI/ML skills, especially for mobile platforms, in the European tech market. Focus on developing expertise in areas like industrial automation, embedded systems, or AI for navigation to capitalize on these emerging opportunities. Bosch confirms August 2027 as Europe's first humanoid robot production start date, building Humanoid's HMND Gamma at its Buhl plant in Germany. The wheeled robot design wins the certification race: wheeled platforms clear EU Machinery Directive rules faster than any bipedal rival currently in development.
